Using Tasti

Terms of use

These terms govern access to Tasti’s website and pre-release app. By using Tasti, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Tasti is still being developed. Features may change, become unavailable, or work differently during testing.

Your account

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your authentication provider secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos, notes, comments, and other content you create. You give Tasti permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the service according to your sharing choices.

Only upload content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you share and for respecting other people’s privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Tasti, interfere with the service, access another person’s account or private content, scrape the service, upload harmful code, harass others, or use Tasti in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Food information

Tasti records personal experiences and community opinions. It does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, or food-safety advice. Check ingredients and preparation directly when health or safety matters.

Tasti’s materials

The Tasti name, logo, design, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse them outside ordinary use of the service.

Availability and termination

Tasti may suspend access to protect people or the service, respond to misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using Tasti at any time and may request account help through Support.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Tasti is provided “as is” and without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Tasti is not responsible for decisions you make based on another person’s tasting, recipe, or recommendation.

Changes

These terms may change as Tasti develops. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
